1. Appointments and Cancellations:
- Booking Appointments: We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time and date.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Service Guarantee:
- We strive to provide the highest quality of services. If you’re not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
3. Health and Safety:
- For your safety and ours, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service.
- We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices in compliance with industry standards.
4. Payments:
- We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. All payments are due at the time of service.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Personal Belongings:
- Wendy Beauty Salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure.
6. Children:
- For the safety and comfort of all clients, children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
7. Gift Cards:
- Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during your visit will be used solely for salon purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
